This Privacy Policy describes how Franky ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Franky mobile app and related services at franky.fit (collectively, the "Service").
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

- Workout and fitness data you choose to log or generate through the app.
- Device information such as device type, operating system, and app version.
- Usage data such as feature interactions, session duration, and crash reports.
- Audio and, when you grant permission, video or image data as described below.
Microphone Access
Franky requests access to your device microphone so you can interact with coaching features using your voice. For example, the app may use the microphone to hear spoken commands, provide real-time feedback during workouts, or support hands-free training sessions.
Microphone access is requested only when needed for these features. You can deny or revoke microphone permission at any time in your device settings. If you do, voice-based features may not be available, but other parts of the Service may still work.
Unless clearly disclosed in the app at the time of use, we do not continuously record or listen to your microphone in the background when you are not actively using a feature that requires it.
Camera Access
Franky may request limited access to your device camera only when you choose to use features that require it, such as form checks, movement tracking, or other optional visual coaching tools. Camera access is never required to use the core Service.
You will be prompted for permission before the camera is used. You can decline the request or revoke camera access later in your device settings. If camera access is not granted, camera features will remain unavailable while other features continue to function.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and coaching experience.
- Personalize workouts, feedback, and recommendations.
- Process audio input and, when permitted, visual input for in-app coaching features.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, analytics, customer support, or payment processing), when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Franky, our users, and others. These providers are permitted to use your information only as needed to perform services on our behalf.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Audio and visual data are handled according to the needs of the feature you use and are not kept longer than necessary for that purpose unless you choose to save related content in your account.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
